About us

The Services are operated by Limestripe (“we”). We are a trading style of Alternative Precision Sheet Metal Limited, company number 03465595. Our registered office address is 8,9 &10 Prydwen Road, Swansea West Industrial Estate, Swansea SA5 4HN.

Acceptance

All orders and transactions between Limestripe and the customer are accepted on these conditions of sale only. It is the responsibility of the customer to read such conditions before entering upon a transaction.

Limestripe may update these Customer Terms, any documents referred to in them and any aspect of the Service, we will notify such changes to you by uploading details of them on the Site, with a dated amendment. Our Customer Terms should be reviewed periodically for any such changes.

By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these customer terms. By placing an order you are agreeing to these terms, if you do not agree, please do not use our website.

Accessing our Service

Limestripe reserves the right to vary, withdraw or amend the services we provide through the Site without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason any of the Services are unavailable at any time or for any period.

Any personal data and other information provided by you is processed by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By providing any such personal data or other information you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all information (including name and address) uploaded to the Site, is accurate. Ensure that all information is checked before making a purchase.

Intellectual property rights

Limestripe owns, all right, title, copyright and any and all other proprietary rights.

Price

All prices quoted on Limestripe website are in British Pounds Sterling. Online prices include VAT (value added tax) where applicable.

Limestripe is entitled to increase the price of goods at any time prior to manufacture, due to factors beyond our control.

Payment

The customer shall pay for all goods prior to dispatch.

Payment is to be made using the secure online server within our website. By making payment the customer is within agreement that they are the account holder and that sufficient funds are held in order to honour the payment.

Delivery

Our working hours are Monday-Thursday 09.00 – 17.00, Friday 09.00 – 13.00. Delivery timescales quoted are based on our working hours.  Limestripe is not responsible for the times/receipt of goods once dispatched.

Delivery costs

Courier charges shall be displayed clearly prior to completing the purchase.

Cancellation

Limestripe reserves the right to cancel any order at any time and issue a full refund to the customer. No goods are sold to the customer on a sale or return basis. The customer has no right to reject or return the goods without the consent of Limestripe if goods are personalised a ‘cooling off’ period is not applicable. Personalised items may not be exchanged or refunded. Your statutory rights are not affected. If we have made a description or a pricing error Limestripe reserves the right to cancel.

Returns

The customer has the right to cancel their online order at any time for up to 14 days from the receipt of goods.

Limestripe requires email notification from the customer of their wish to cancel within this time frame.

The customer will then have a further 14 days from the notification date to return the goods.

Tailor-made or personalised items are exempt.

N.B. Postage may be payable by the customer.

Damaged Goods

Damaged goods must be reported to Limestripe within 24 hours of delivery by email. Limestripe will not accept responsibility outside of this time frame and the customer shall not be entitled to reject the goods.

Damaged products must be received by Limestripe to qualify for a replacement free of charge. A refund may be considered at the discretion of Limestripe.

Design Service

Limestripe can offer a design service.

Errors – Personalisation

Limestripe does not accept any responsibility for customer spelling mistakes on purchase orders.

Force Majeure

In no event shall Limestripe be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under this contract arising out of or caused by, directly or indirectly, forces beyond its reasonable control.

Website Liability

Whilst Limestripe endeavours to keep the website virus free, Limestripe shall not be liable for any destructive results to customers or any site visitors.
